K D Fine Art trade in The Old Pottery at Watts Gallery. They arrived here in early 1992 as part of an Interior Design group. At that time, the building was in a semi-derelict condition, having had a very chequered history, and had been empty for many years. The building opened in June 1992 but apart from K D Fine Art, all the participants gradually left and the Design Centre closed. Keith and Denise and their son Guy took over the whole building with an Art Gallery, Gift Shop and Picture Framing business. Since they first arrived, they have been loyal supporters of the Watts Gallery and have provided invaluable service to them, framing and repairing pictures for both the temporary exhibitions and the Contemporary Gallery, often at very short notice. They have been involved in many projects over the years, including Keith and Guy rescuing the Mary Watts friezes from the Mortuary Chapel at the Cambridge Military Hospital in Aldershot before they were destroyed, now restored and on display in the Mary Watts Gallery at Limnerslease. As an anniversary promotion, they are offering discounts on all their large stock of prints, and picture framing. Why not pay them a visit?
